About this record book and its sources.

Source. All marks are published at setonxctf.com/setonrecords, the long-running coach-maintained records site for the Sentinels Track & Field program. The original archive was assembled by Coach Dennis Clinch; the live database is now maintained by Coach Dean.

Coverage. The earliest marks on file date to 1997. Boys lists currently span 19 events with 974 recorded marks; girls lists span 18 events with 728 recorded marks. Wind-aided performances (suffix "aw") are kept in the rankings as published.

How sections relate. The Records tab shows the all-time top entries per event; Class Records filters the same data to the best mark per grade level; Athletes rolls every entry up into per-athlete profiles. The State Qualifiers tab tracks the current season's championship entries from the program's website.

Future work. Per-meet results, team scores, and award honors (region/conference selections) are the next data layers planned. AIA state championship history and individual state titles will be added as the data is digitized.
